·         Participants have to build vertical panels of bamboo and iron net on which hundreds of lamps (diyas) are mounted forming outlines of people/things that illustrate an event or a place of importance.

·         Participants have to make rangoli using coloured powder, flower etc.

·         Its open for all.

·         Participants are free to select their team.

·         No limit of team size.

·         All participants will get participation certificate.

·         Winner trophy for winning team.
